Hello everyone!

With thanksgiving just two days away, Chris and I will be driving to Oklahoma to spend the holiday with our family. This will be the first Thanksgiving since we came back from China, and I'm so excited for our trip and can't help starting to pack today.

I usually prefer to wear something casual and cozy when it's time for family to get together for the holidays. Sweaters and jeans are my top choice. This Mixed Stitch White Sweater from Alice & Olivia popped up first in my mind and became my top must-have piece for this holiday trip. Who does't like a white sweater that is so cozy and holiday inspiring?

The sweater is 100 % wool/laine knit with a mix of chunky ribbings and braided cables. The slightly shorter length is great for half-tucking into higher waisted bottoms. The body of the sweater is a loose fit, but the sleeves are still slim.

I paired this sweater with my J Crew mid-rise jeans and ankle boots, which I think is a classic white sweater outfit look. I also planned to wear it with my denim shorts with over the knee boots, but a mini skirt that hits above the mid-thigh would be a great alternative too.
